Meet the Packable Down Puffer 01—your go-to lightweight jacket for both trail and town. Featuring 600 to 800 RDS (Responsible Down Standard) goose fill for warmth without the bulk, and a stowable insulated hood offering protection in unpredictable weather.

Crafted from silky-soft water-resistant shell fabric with a timeless hatch pattern, this women’s down jacket balances style and functionality. 

It boasts five spacious pockets: two deep stash pockets for larger items, two zippered hand pockets for secure-access essentials, and a large kangaroo storage back pocket for larger items.

Easily compress it into a travel pillow or stow it in your pack. Practicality meets comfort in our Packable Down Puffer 01.

Washing Instructions:

  • Use a front-loading washing machine for best results.
  • Machine wash cold with similar colors.
  • We recommend using a down wash detergent.
  • Do not bleach or use fabric softener.

Drying Instructions:

  • Tumble dry on a gentle, low setting with tennis balls to maintain loft. Repeat cycle until completely dry and loft returns without clumps.
  • Do not iron.
  • Do not dry clean.

Very pleased with this purchase

Very pleased with this purchase. Purchased for a trip to New Zealand but will definitely be putting to good use in New England this fall/winter. I did pack this down and clipped to my carry on as a travel pillow for much of the trip, which was convenient. I love the color and the XS was not too big on my 4’11” frame. I do find that the zipper a bit difficult, wish it was higher quality for the price, but that’s my only feedback, would still recommend. Love the wraparound pockets!

My new favorite puffer!!

I'm obsessed with this puffer, I try to figure out a way to wear it almost every time I go outside. It's super light yet keeps me so toasty warm (even in Denver's chilly weather), and it's really nice that it compresses into almost nothing if I need to stuff it in a bag or backpack while running my errands or on a hike. I don't even need to bring my pocketbook with me sometimes because the pockets fit so much!

Well designed, comfortable puffer

I've been looking for a new puffer for several seasons and am delighted with the Hikerkind puffer! It is such a fun, unique, and practical design. I primarily wear with the hood tucked into the collar but LOVE that there is a substantial hood also available. The cross-hatch design gives the jacket character, as does the large front pockets which have been very handy. They provide room and access, but don't make the jacket look bigger. Finally, the zipped pockets are such a nice touch. Hikerkind really thought through how a jacket like this may be used and optimized for both aesthetics and functionality.

The cutest, most unique puffer jacket I've ever seen

Recently bought this puffer jacket because I was so sick of my old Patagonia jacket that I felt weird wearing to dinner or out and about in the city. Love that I can wear this jacket on the trail and out with friends. Love the wrap around pockets and cropped cut. New favorite jacket!
