Chest Circumference
Place the measuring tape around the fullest part of your chest, at mid bust level wearing your bra for best results.
Waist Circumference
Measure around your natural waistline at belly button level, pull the tape until it is snug.
Hip Circumference
Measure around the fullest part of your hips at mid-bum level (without jeans or things on your pockets for best results)
