I have 3 minor issues with this jacket, but I'll start by expressing how much I love it. I purchased in-person, and really think the team should consider adding a video. When looking online, I thought this material would be more canvas like, but it is a slippy technical fabric that holds no wrinkles. Also, the two front cargo pockets, have additional hand pockets behind them that you can't tell from pictures. This jacket is not for warmth, but with its oversized nature, it is perfect for layering. I fluctuate between Small and Medium tops because I have a 36 inch bust. I tried on both, and I could've done the Small, but the medium will allow more room for layering. Somehow, they have mastered the oversized fit. I have worn it so many times already. Which brings me to my minor qualms. None of these are deal breakers, but at the price it is, I would expect these things to be thought through. Hopefully the team actually takes feedback from the reviews. 1. There is no coat hook (interior or exterior would be fine). 2. The sleeves are meant to be rolled / cuffed. This is how it is shown in pictures, but also, it's clear from the sleeve length this is intended. It hits me around my knuckles unrolled. Because the material is slippy, there is no memory to the fabric and you cannot create "seams" for the cuffs to stay at. They frequently roll 2-3 inches up past their intended cuff, minutes after fixing it. I would love if there was a small snap to keep the cuff in place. (I tried to upload a photo but it is unclear if it was successful. However, you can see how the rolled cuff creeps up the sleeve in one of the user-submitted photos with brown jacket and red shirt.) 3. Also because of the rolled cuffs, the button is hidden and its thread is shown instead. The thread is matched to the tan button, but contrasts against the blue material and black netting on the cuff. It would look so much better with a thread that matched the netting. My critiques are all minor things but would take this jacket from 5 to 5.5 stars. I also would love if one of the pockets was zippered and smaller, like a chest pocket for keys or airpods. I often drop them into one of the many options, but because they're so large, have to check each one to find them. If there was a small zipper pocket, I would use it for these items and always know where to retrieve them. Overall, I would 100% recommend this jacket. I am not someone who spends much money on clothes and this was a big purchase for me. I was worried I would regret spending this amount of money, but I love this jacket and it was totally worth it. I'm really glad I got to try things on in their NYC office, and will definitely be checking out more of their offerings.
